ABOUT THE IMAGE: "We now have Bandmaster Goofy!" announces Mickey Mouse to his live radio audience. "And his fifty-piece band!" chimes in Goofy. This 1937 short is a parody of "amateur hour" radio shows of the time, and it stars a cast of beloved Disney characters as they attempt to impress Mickey with their various performances. Goofy takes the stage with a clumsy contraption which he constructed to allow him to play fifty different instruments on stage as a one-man-band!
