While trapped in a birdcage by the greedy Stromboli, Pinocchio is relieved to see Jiminy Cricket in this fantastic original color model drawing from Walt Disney's animated masterpiece Pinocchio. Created for the moment seen at the 45:08 mark of the film, this drawing is rendered in graphite and color pencil with extensive hand-written color notes. Pinocchio measures a large 7" x 8" on the 12 field 5-peghole animation paper. The drawing bears a studio stamp in the lower right corner with the production, sequence, and scene numbers 2003, 4.8, and 12.
