Lady, Tramp
MEDIUM: Pair of Original Production Drawings
IMAGE SIZE: 15.5" x 12.5"
PRODUCTION(S): Lady and the Tramp (1955)
SKU: CCV3475
ABOUT THE IMAGE: These rough animation drawings were created by Disney Animators George Nicholas and Cliff Nordberg respectively in development of scenes from the CinemaScope animated feature Lady and the Tramp. In the first drawing, Lady smiles up at her owner shortly after the birth of the family baby. Jim Dear's legs have been lightly sketched in red pencil and an animator's grid is visible in the bottom right hand corner. The second drawing of Tramp precedes the famous "spaghetti scene" at Tony's, depicting the moment when he hears music from the restaurant. Both pieces have written number designations to indicate their place in the film.
ABOUT THE MEDIUM: Original Production Drawings are one-of-a-kind pieces of art that were used in the creation of an animated film or television show. Each has been hand-drawn by studio artists!
