ABOUT THE IMAGE: It takes someone truly special to collaborate with the Looney Tunes – they are, after all, a picky bunch. Fortunately for Quincy Jones, he makes the grade. On a serious note, this piece was produced as a response to the ten-year anniversary of We Are The World, but this time with the world-famous Looney Tunes in accompaniment. Also in the fray is “The Dude,” who is Quincy’s own animated character.
We Are The Tunes was originally drawn by Warner Brothers artist Dan Haskett. It was hand-inked and painted. The background was painted by award-winning Warner Brothers artist, Hector Martinez.
