ABOUT THE ARTIST: Artist-writer William "Bill" Berg was born in Tacoma, Washington and attended art school in Los Angeles. He joined Disney in 1938 as a trainee, starting out as an animator on “Pinocchio," but later switching to the story department and writing scripts for various Donald Duck shorts, Mickey Mouse Club, and Wonderful World of Disney.
