ABOUT THE IMAGE: It’s easy to see how cats can be addicted to birds. What’s not easy is getting a cat off birds. Nonetheless, Sylvester is a prime candidate for intervention in “Birds Anonymous,” directed by Friz Freleng in 1957. Of course, all is not lost. At least Sylvester sought help. “Birds Anonymous” is a hand drawn, inked and painted cel with Giclée background. Each piece in the edition has been signed by Friz Freleng.
